Black Olive Tapenade

A dip the whole party will enjoy! Everyone will be saying “olive you” for this one!

Black Olive Tapenade

  • 2 cans sliced pitted olives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • garlic
  • half roasted red pepper
  • oregano
  • parsley
  • italian blend
  • any other green herbs you prefer 
  • juice of fresh lemon



1. Puree olives, add 1 tbsp olive oil 


2. Poach garlic - put garlic in small saucepan with water once and bright to boil, remove water and repeat process with grapeseed oil (or other)


3. Puree the garlic and other 1 tbsp of olive oil, add roasted red pepper, herbs and squeeze the juice of a small piece of lemon (1/4 or less)
