Lately I’ve been eating lots of bananas, not only do I love them but I have been craving them! Cravings always indicate the body is needing some kind of nutrients, perhaps my body is saying Sandra you need some more potassium. DONE! I think I am savvy with the bananas now.
What goes well with bananas? If you are thinking PEANUT BUTTER, we friends! I love peanut butter and I am currently on a journey watching my portion sizes of my macros. If I don’t have PB I usually use PB2 but there wasn’t any at the store.. instead I found powdered PB, 45 cals for 2 heaping tbsp and it’s chocolate! Brand: Just Great Stuff.
Adding this shtuff into my smoothie gave it the PB touch and extra chocolateyness! Def tasted like a milkshake!

- 1 frozen banana
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 heaping tbsp chocolate powdered PB
1. Add in blender
2. Make sure blended through and serve cold
