Cilantro Creamy Dill Guac

Because GUAC is extra… EXTRA GOOD! I put that goodness on everything!

I have been literally craving chips and guac because let’s face it I must be part Mexican because I love all Mexican food and think about it all the time. Don’t even get be started I cannot even taco bout it. Did I just say tacos? SEE! ๐Ÿ™‚

So, it worked out perfectly because I kindly received some goodies from Enjoy Life with a box full of Plentils – chips made from lentils hahaha, brilliant! Thank you friends!! I made some guacamole to go with them and it was kind of a big dill, I was all like you have guac to be kidding me! (#PunsAreLife)ย http://enjoylifefoods.ca/

The combination with all the dilliness is not silliness in fact it is pure yumminess!

Cilantro Creamy Dill Guac

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Juice of one lime
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • Dash of Italian Zest spices (I used Flavor God)

Instructions

1. Mash avocados in small mixing bowl

2. Add lime juice, sea salt, black pepper and stir

3. Chop up cilantro and dill and add to mixture, stir

4. Add a dash of Italian zest spices and mix well

5. Serve right away or allow to sit for a few minutes for flavours to set

Notes

Serve with your favourite chips or try with dill & sour cream plentil chips
