Cold Brew Coffee Smoothie

Afternoon pick me up smoothie! Yes it’s got coffee but it’s also got protein! It the perfect combination for a boost of energy and too keep you full and satisfied.

I love a bit of almond milk in my coffee if I am not drinking it black (depends on the coffee) and when I discovered and tried the Califia Farms coffee with almond milk I was like WOW! Yum. For the recipe you can use 1 cup of each or 2 cups of the one you prefer (Mocha or xx Espresso). You can also use another type of cold brew coffee or make your own with the option of 1 cup cold brew coffee and 1 cup almond milk.

Cold Brew Coffee Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup cold brew xx espresso (Brand: Califia Farms)
  • 1 cup cold brew mocha (Brand: Califia Farms)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder



1. Put all ingredients in blender


2. Pour into a mason jar


3. Top with vegan cacao crisps


4. Enjoy!
