Cookie Granola

So here’s how this all started…

I have a fridge full of cookies from Shockingly Healthy and I was like “Sandra contain your inner cookie monster and make something delicious!”. Then it dawned on me granola!! Sure it’s easy to make your own granola or trail mix and there are so many variations with nuts, seeds, dried fruits, chocolate chunks and all those goodies but what about COOKIES. The granola game just changed!

Having chunks of a cookie that’s made with pumpkin seeds, coconut, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds and dark chocolate chips just makes it so much better and sweeter!

Honestly, I put together all my ingredients and then picked a cookie and it was the best suited cookie because it had a lot of the same ingredients in it with some added chocolate and coconut bits. YUM! Just freaking brilliant. Its fully loaded with goodness in every spoonful with a lovely balance of nutty yet sweet. All these nuts and seeds will help to keep my blood sugar balance in check with the chocolatey bits and dried fruits! Not only that but also allows you to savor and enjoy the cookie longer!

Cookie Granola

  • 1 Fully Loaded Shockingly Healthy Cookie - Crumbled
  • 1/8 c. Cacao nibs
  • 1/8 c. Sunflower seeds
  • 1/8 c. Almonds
  • 1/8 c. Cashews
  • 1/8 c. Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/8 c. Dried cranberries



1. Add all ingredients in small bowl


2. Crumble cookie into small bite size pieces


3. Mix in cookie crumble with all nuts, seeds and dried fruit


4. Enjoy on anything!
