Healthy fats, complex carbs and protein are all essential for a balanced glow! Like mom always said… eat your veggies! 

Stay hydrated! Water is the single most important nutrient for the body and vital for life and assists the body to flush out toxins. Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily!

Exercise! Your body craves movement, it was made to move. There are so many ways to stay active and it gives you energy, improves cardiovascular health and mood and manages healthy weight. Try out yoga too!

Get outside and soak of some vitamin D and vitamin G – green space! Being outdoors has a calming effect on the body and mind. Greenery is also associated with love and relaxation. Turning off the chatter in the mind can have profound benefits on the body and lower stress levels. Mind your mind.

Laugh! Laughter really is the best medicine and a natural component to wellness and your glow. The mind doesn’t know the difference between a real laugh and fake laugh so no matter how you are feeling smile and laugh to boost your mood, oxygen in the brain and bring you joy. 

Sleep Adequate and good quality sleep assists the body in refreshing, restoring and renewing! Proper sleep benefits the major organs in detoxifcation resulting in feeling fresh as well as maintaining appropraite body weight.
