I choose because I personally have an allergy to hazelnuts and also need to avoid pecans and walnuts. With Enjoy Life Foods I know I can choose a snack to go and ready made that is free from common allergens like nuts, soy, gluten, wheat, egg, milk, sesame, sulphites, etc! Attention Canadians! They have some fun and deliciously nutritious new products coming out, yay!

Those who suffer from allergies or have someone in their immediate family that do, tend to prepare more snacks that are fresh foods, that way they can guarantee no cross contamination with common allergens. But we all need a healthy option that we eat freely and safely knowing we are still eating well and living well.
