The Sweetness of Doing Nothing

There’s an Italian saying “La Dolce far Niente” which means “The Sweetness of Doing Nothing” and is exactly my motto on Sundazeeee. . . =)

It consists of breakfast in bed, coffee or tea, relaxing, favourite movies and books. Today it included porridge, black tea, my favourite movie and a good book for the soul.

This Sunday Funday morning I woke up craving comfort food and I thought porridge. But with a little escape adding some tropical fruits from the beach and toppings of beach bash seed and fruit mix from http://enjoylifefoods.ca/

I choose http://enjoylifefoods.ca/ because I personally have an allergy to hazelnuts and also need to avoid pecans and walnuts. With Enjoy Life Foods I know I can choose a snack to go and ready made that is free from common allergens like nuts, soy, gluten, wheat, egg, milk, sesame, sulphites, etc! Attention Canadians! They have some fun and deliciously nutritious new products coming out, yay!

Those who suffer from allergies or have someone in their immediate family that do, tend to prepare more snacks that are fresh foods, that way they can guarantee no cross contamination with common allergens. But we all need a healthy option that we eat freely and safely knowing we are still eating well and living well.
